📜 RESERVATION & STAY TERMS

1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

– Standard Check-in Time: 13:00 Hours (01:00 PM)
– Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 Hours (Noon)

Early check-in and late check-out requests:

– Are subject to room availability and operational feasibility
– May attract additional charges unless expressly confirmed in writing by the Resort

The Resort reserves the right to allocate rooms only after completion of all check-in formalities.

2. MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

All guests are required to present at the time of check-in:

– A valid Reservation Confirmation (Email / SMS with Booking ID)
– A valid Government-issued Photo Identification with Address

Accepted Identification Documents:

– Passport
– Driving License
– Voter Identification Card
– Ration Card

PAN Card shall not be accepted as a valid proof of identity.

The Resort reserves the right to:

– Refuse accommodation in case of invalid, incomplete, or unverifiable documentation
– Retain copies of identification documents in compliance with applicable regulations

3. CHILD & ADDITIONAL OCCUPANCY POLICY

– One (1) child up to the age of 8 years may stay complimentary, without provision of an extra bed, subject to room capacity
– Any additional guest or child above 8 years shall be treated as an extra occupant and charged as per prevailing tariff

The Resort reserves the right to limit occupancy in accordance with safety and statutory norms.

4. VISITOR & NON-RESIDENT POLICY

– Visitors are permitted only in designated areas and are not allowed in guest rooms beyond 22:00 Hours (10:00 PM)
– Non-resident visitors intending to stay beyond this time must:
– Complete registration formalities at the Front Desk
– Be added as a registered occupant
– Pay applicable charges

The Resort may restrict or deny visitor access in the interest of security, privacy, and operational control.

5. RIGHT TO ADMISSION & CONTINUATION OF STAY

The Resort reserves the absolute and unconditional right of admission.

The Management may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

– Deny check-in
– Terminate a stay
– Require a guest to vacate the premises

Under circumstances including, but not limited to:

– Violation of Resort policies
– Disorderly, abusive, or unlawful conduct
– Risk to safety, security, or comfort of other guests or staff

The decision of the Management shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.

6. GUEST CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE

Guests are expected to:

– Maintain decorum and adhere to all Resort rules
– Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests
– Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

Any breach may result in:

– Immediate termination of accommodation
– Forfeiture of booking amount
– Recovery of damages, if applicable

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

– All services are provided subject to availability and operational considerations
– The Resort shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience arising due to:
– Unavoidable delays
– Technical issues
– Circumstances beyond reasonable control

✨ DECLARATION & ACCEPTANCE

By confirming a reservation and/or checking into the Resort, the guest acknowledges that:

– They have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated herein
– These terms constitute a binding agreement between the guest and the Resort
